Built in 1905, Wallace House will charm and intrigue you with its spacious rooms, high ceilings, wide hallways and century-old moldings. Our restoration won a citation from the city’s Office of Historic Resources.

We have rooms available for Fall in the huge upper apartment, occupying the top two floors. It features:

• Five large bedrooms (one with its own bathroom), one medium-size bedroom and a cozy (small) one with its own balcony.
• A spacious lounge for relaxing, studying and entertaining.
• A large, eat-in kitchen with tiled floors, granite counters and modern appliances: gas range, built-in dishwasher, microwave and three full-size refrigerators.
• Three tiled bathrooms with Delta showers, plus a guest powder room.
• Sound-absorbing carpet in every bedroom.
• Zoned heating and air conditioning.
• A convenient, on-site laundry.

Residents pay for electricity, gas and internet service. We pay for water and trash pickup.

Wallace House is five blocks north of USC, in a neighborhood popular with students, patrolled by USC’s Department of Public Safety and served by USC’s free shutttle bus and Lyft rides. The shuttle bus stops one block away, and the house is a short walk to grocery stores, pizza shops, Bacari wine bar, Nature’s Brew Coffee and Kitchen, and the 23rd Street Cafe.
